Notes for Guidance
  • The 25% deposit, which is required before we can confirm your booking, is non-refundable.
  • It is advisable to take out a Comprehensive Travel insurance Policy with a cancellation clause.
  • Lettings are provisional until the Deposit is paid and subsequent written confirmation is received from the Owners.
  • Lettings are normally from Saturday to Saturday for The Farm Cottage and Sunday to Sunday for The Farmhouse.
  • Other lengths of stay are available on request and will be agreed in writing.
  • Arrival time is after 4.30pm and departure time is before 10.00am.
  • Prices are as set out in the current Prices and Availability Page.
