The Farm Cottage

Your holiday home is completely self-contained and approached from a surfaced country lane. There is a sitting area just outside the front door but you have the choice of several other garden areas, all perfect places for lazing, lounging or eating outside. A barbecue is available for your use. There is no problem with parking your car and there is a lockable storage area where bikes can be safely left.

Once inside, the main floor is open plan. The modern well-equipped kitchen area leads directly off the lounge/diner. Appliances include a four-ring gas cooker with oven, a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, toaster and a coffee maker. We aim to provide everything you might need to give you that "home from home" feel.

The shower room has a large shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and W.C. It is bright and clean and has a Velux window. Both shower room and kitchen have high ceilings up to the roofline.

A wooden staircase leads up from the lounge to the galleried bedroom, which has a comfortable 4'6" double bed, a double wardrobe and plenty of drawer and storage space. There is reduced headroom in parts as the ceiling follows the roofline, but there is no need to stoop. The gallery looks out over the kitchen area and a Velux window gives views up towards Le Monestier.
